Your Club is Considered "Used" if it Meets ALL of the Following Criteria:
  • Used, but well cared for
  • Never abused or neglected
  • No noticeable gouging, rusting, dents, or deep scratches
  • No excessive wear or paint chipping
  • Iron sets must contain at least 6 consecutive irons
Note: if you have a club with minor "shopwear", you will still receive the "used" value for online trade-in.
Your Product is Considered "Used" if it Meets ALL of the Following Criteria:
  • All functions work and operate as intended by OEM
  • All charging cords (power sources) are
  • Accessories included (if applicable)
  • LCDs are functioning properly (if applicable)
  • Light signs of wear from normal use
  • Displays accurate yardage (if applicable)
Note: if you have a product with minor "shopwear", you will still receive the "used" value for online trade-in.
Note: Any GPS/Rangefinder/Speaker/Launch Monitor that contains an after-market customization (E.g. Written, Engraved, Etc.) will be deemed to have no value and will not be accepted for trade.
Golf Bags in "Shop Worn" Condition may show signs of minor wear, have been used to display clubs in the pro shop, and/or are missing the manufacturer UPC tags.
Note: Golf Bags that have any naming (Proper, Company, etc.) on the product, other than a Golf Club Facility logo, will be deemed to have no value and will not be accepted for payment
Shoes in "New w/o Box" Condition will be brand new shoes and show no signs of wear but do not include the original manufacturer packaging.
Pull Cart in "Used" Condition show signs of wear, have been physically used on the golf course or driving range, and/or contain dirt marks, scrapes, etc.
Your Product is Considered "Used" if it Meets ALL of the Following Criteria:

  • No noticeable gouging, rusting, dents, or deep scratches
  • No excessive wear or paint chipping

Shoes in "Gently Used" Condition will have signs of minor wear which may include creases and scuffs.
Golf Bags in "Used" Condition show signs of wear, have been physically used on the golf course or driving range, and/or contain dirt marks, scrapes, etc.
Note: If Golf Bags are returned with any rips, cracks or broken pieces they’ll be considered damaged and will not be accepted for payment.   • Loft or Lie adjustments > +/- 3" from manf. standard
  • Non-sequential set of irons (E.g. 3-PW but missing the 7 iron)
Your Product is Considered "Damaged" if it Meets ANY of the Following Criteria:
  • Any product functionality does not work or operate as intended by the manufacturer
  • Battery door is missing or does not secure properly
  • Product does not display accurate yardages
  • LCDs are not functioning properly
  • Outer casing has excessive wear or cracked
  • Eye cup is removed or missing (If Applicable)
Note: Any GPS/Rangefinder/Speaker/Launch Monitor that contains an after-market customization (E.g. Written, Engraved, Etc.) will be deemed to have no value and will not be accepted for trade.
Your Pull Cart is Considered "Damaged" if it Meets ANY of the Following Criteria:
  • Any feature is damaged, broken, missing, or exhibits excessive wear
  • Lock system does not operate properlyy
  • Folding system does not operate properly
Your Product is Considered "Damaged" if it Meets ANY of the Following Criteria:
  • Dents, deep scratches, gouging
  • Excessive face wear, paint chipping, rusting
