Shipping

PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Service is only available to residents of the continental United States and Hawaii . No international trades are being accepted at this time.

The default shipping service of the PGA Trade-In Network is UPS Ground. Once my golf club trade-in batch has been submitted and I receive a trade-in batch #, I will be able to print a UPS Ground shipping label and packing slip from the http://www.pga.com/valueguide website.

If I wish to ship my golf club trade-in using another shipping service, I will automatically assume all liability for the shipment and I will be responsible for any shipping charges that result. In such cases, the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator will not credit these shipping charges or add this amount to my payment for the golf club trade-ins. All shipments of golf club trade-ins valued* at $50 or more will receive FREE UPS Ground shipping. Any shipments of golf club trade-ins valued at less than $50 will have a $5 flat rate. *Golf club trade-in value is either the credit or cash value that I selected during checkout.

I understand that as a PGA Trade-In Network Online Trade-In Service customer, I have the option of taking my trade-in(s) to any one of over 4,000 UPS Stores nationwide to pack & ship my golf club trade-ins. I can bring my golf club trade-in(s) and the pre-paid UPS label & packing slip (packing slips should be either put inside the box or placed in a plastic sleeve taped to the outside of the box) to my local UPS Store. If I don’t already have a suitable box and packing supplies (see packaging guidelines), I will be able to purchase them at discounted rate* at my local UPS Store. *All PGA Trade-In Network customers will receive a 30% discount off of standard pricing for golf club packaging and boxing supplies at all UPS Stores. To receive your 30% discount on packaging materials, you must inform the UPS Store to which you go that the PGA Trade-In Network is a UPS Corporate Account.

I understand that the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator cannot be held liable for any actions on the part of The UPS Store or its employees.

I further understand that all golf club trade-ins must be packaged carefully according to the packaging guidelines.

The PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator will not be responsible for golf club trade-ins damaged in transit as a result of inadequate or improper packaging. In order for a claim to be filed with UPS, the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator must have proof that my shipment was received and scanned by the UPS Store where my golf club trade-ins package was dropped off or at the local UPS Distribution facility. The PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator will handle any claim issues directly with UPS (I understand I may be asked for my assistance with certain claim issues).

I understand that all golf club trade-in batches must be shipped immediately. For any golf club trade-in batches received after 10 business days from the creation of the golf club trade-in batch, the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator reserves the right to adjust the golf club trade-in values to match the current market values as listed in the PGA.com Value Guide. All golf club trade-in batches which have aged 25 days and have not been received by the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator will be automatically voided without recourse on my part.

The PGA Trade-In Network credit certificate will be generated (and email sent) within 2 business days (“business days” are Mon-Fri) of the receipt & processing* of my golf club trade-ins (golf club trade-ins will be received Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). I will also have the option of logging into my account on http://tradein.pga.com to print the PGA Trade-In Network credit once it has been processed. *I will receive an email from the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator to confirm my golf club trade-in(s) has been received & processed. I understand that the receipt & processing time may take as many as 5 additional business days from the date when my golf club trade-ins UPS shipment was received by the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator.

I understand that if I select the PGA Trade-In Network credit payment option for my golf club trade-ins, I will be required to print-out their PGA Trade-In Network credit certificates and bring them with me to be redeemed at participating PGA Trade-In Network facilities. Participating PGA Trade-In Network facilities (over 4,000 facilities nationwide) are listed on the facility locator on http://tradein.pga.com. I understand that PGA Trade-In Network credit certificates must be redeemed in-full at participating PGA Trade-In Network facilities. No partial balances can be kept on a PGA Trade-In Network credit certificate. Once the PGA Trade-In Network credit certificate has been redeemed at a participating PGA Trade-In Network facility, I will receive the full amount of the credit certificate at that PGA Trade-In Network facility in form of in-store credit, product, services, or other mutually acceptable form of credit. When I redeem my PGA Trade-In Network credit certificate at a participating PGA Trade-In Network facility, it will be retained by the PGA Trade-In Network facility.

I understand that any returns or disputes resulting from purchases I made at a participating PGA Trade-In Network facility with the PGA Trade-In Network credit certificates must be resolved between me and the PGA Trade-In Network facility. The PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator is not liable for or responsible for resolving any disputes between myself and the PGA Trade-In Network facility where I redeemed my PGA Trade-In Network credit. PGA Trade-In Network credit certificates cannot be reissued to me once they have been redeemed at a PGA Trade-In Network facility.

If I select PGA Trade-In Network credit as my payment option and cannot find a participating PGA Trade-In Network facility in my local area that will redeem the PGA Trade-In Network credit certificate, I can contact the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator at info@pgatradein.com or 888-777-3540 for assistance.

I further understand that once my golf club trade-ins have been received & processed at the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator, the PGA Trade-In Network cannot send me my golf clubs back (in many cases, the golf club trade-ins are re-sold immediately upon receipt). If, however, I contact the PGA Trade-In Network before they have received & processed my golf club trade-ins, the PGA Trade-In Network’s Online Trade-In Facilitator may be able to identify and return my golf club trade-ins at my own cost (I also agree to pay for the initial shipment to me in this case).
